It all started in Cuba, when I was 15 years old and my grandfather needed a hair cut. I did it as a favor and let’s just say it didn’t come out ideal. But, that’s where it all started. It awakened my passion for the art of hair cutting and design.

As my craft evolved, I was given the opportunity of a lifetime when I was hand picked by the creative officer (CO) of the MSC cruise line to travel throughout Europe as a lead stylist and eventually as the salon manager. Through the years of practice, education and persistence, my dedication to the art led me to Miami where I opened my first salon. I am Delfin Gonzalez Garcia, owner of Open Hair Miami, our core purpose is to provide an exclusive one of a kind experience that helps each client become the best version of themselves.
