Service Guarantee/Refund policy

All payment is due on the day services are rendered. If you are not happy with any part of your service, please notify us asap and a a manager will reach out to you. Only a manager can issue a refund. All of our services are guaranteed for one week once you leave the salon. You may return for a Re-do with the original stylist at no cost to you to rectify the issue within one week of the service. We train our service providers to have a thorough consultation and may ask you to sign a waiver stating you are both in agreement with the service choice. If you completely change your mind on the service, color or cut, and want a different look, at the stylist’s discretion you may be charged full price as it is a new service.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we require a 48-hour advance notice. An additional 24-hour grace period may be granted under extenuating circumstances. We have implemented this cancellation policy out of respect for your Service Provider’s time, in the interest of protecting our Team’s income potential, and to uphold a level of professionalism in our day-to-day operations and to better serve you if you are on a service wait list.

LATE TO YOUR RESERVATION

We give a 10 minute grace period; however If you’re going to be late to your reservation time please give us a call. if you will be more than 20 minutes late to your reservation you may be asked to reschedule.

COVID-19

If you are having any symptoms or feeling ill please call to reschedule your reservation.

CHILDREN & PETS

Children are welcome – However, due to the relaxing nature of the Open Hair Miami experience, we respectfully request children practice quiet time while visiting with a parent that is receiving a service. As much as we love our furry friends, please leave your pets at home. It is against regulations for animals to be inside a salon, unless it is a service animal.

* Our guests have been requesting & we listened! If our guests pay in cash, they save money! All our prices are based on cash payments solely. Purchases made with credit cards will receive a transaction fee of 2.63 % that will be shown on your receipt.
